Bicycle forks, frames and small fittings are brazed joints with a short heat time. The catalogue lists JL-200G, JL-300G and JL-600G class machines on three-phase 380 V. Heating time is set in seconds. The smaller fork machine is described for a brazing pass of about 8–12 seconds. Water cooling is about 0.2–0.3 MPa and water temperature stays under 40°C.
