Precious Metal Brazing Machine
The catalogue brazing press is a heated-plate induction station for gold, silver, copper and small non-ferrous parts. LZ-120 and LZ-160 run on three-phase 380 V. LZ-120 is listed at 30–100 kHz with a maximum oscillating current of 1000 A and workpiece diameters about 50–130 mm. LZ-160 is listed at 30–80 kHz, 1500 A, and diameters up to about 200 mm. Three-station and six-station frames are shown. Cooling water stays below 40°C. This machine is a brazing station. It is not the melting furnace on the same catalogue spread.
