Induction hardening heats a surface or a zone, then quenches it, so the case is hard and the core stays tougher. LZ builds the power supply and the quenching station. High-frequency JL and JLCG sets suit small gears, pins, shafts and tool edges. Medium-frequency and KGPS sets suit larger shafts and deeper cases.
