The JLF series cools the main power parts with air instead of a water circuit. That cuts the pump, the tower and the leak points when the job is low-temperature metal heating rather than a large melt. Catalogue models are 10, 20, 30, 40 and 60 kW on 380 V, 50/60 Hz, with 100 percent duty and a note that the machine can run continuously. The catalogue lists use on aluminum, zinc alloy and tin, on heat-conducting oil tubes, and on plastic-machine barrels such as injection, pelletizer and extruder heaters. It also lists induction melting of those low-melting metals.
