Superaudio Induction Heating Machine
The JLC superaudio series sits between medium frequency and high frequency. Catalogue models run from 30 kW to 200 kW, mostly 10–30 kHz, on three-phase 380 V, 50/60 Hz. Plants use it for hot forging of bars, annealing, quenching, brazing of copper and carbide, and through heating where the heat must go deeper than a high-frequency skin. IGBT modules, digital frequency tracking and a full-load design are part of the catalogue description. Heating time and cooling time can be set on the timer.
