A small induction melting furnace is sold as a metal capacity, not as a kilowatt sticker. LZ builds IGBT sets with block, tilting and ejecting bodies for gold, silver, copper, aluminum and small steel or iron heats. Catalogue IGBT furnaces run from about 15 kW upward, with steel and iron capacities starting around a few kilograms and copper or aluminum capacities listed separately. The power supply can be matched to 220 V or 380 V, 50/60 Hz. Send the metal, the kilograms per heat and how many heats per shift. We will not quote a furnace from the power number alone.

- Capacity is kilograms of a named metal.
- Block, tilting and ejecting bodies.
- Gold, silver, copper, aluminum, small steel heats.
- 15 kW is not 15 kg.
