Column Movable Servo CNC Quenching Machine
The column-movable servo CNC quenching machine moves the inductor along the part under a program, instead of a hand pass. The catalogue shows digital control, variable workpiece speed and a servo drive, with full enclosure as an option. JL500 and JL1000 are the two frames on the page, aimed at shafts, gears, pins and similar round parts. Stroke, torque and workpiece weight differ between the two frames and should be read from the catalogue sheet together with your drawing.
